Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions for SPM / PPM / APM / ITBM modules.
Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Configure Demand Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Portfolio Management modules.
Support implementation and enhancement of Application Portfolio Management (APM) capabilities.
