ServiceNow-GRC/IRM Developer (RARR Job 5984)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Engineer with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation of IRM/GRC modules. This role requires strong technical skills along with an understanding of risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions.

• Work on ServiceNow configurations including workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and client/server-side scripting.

• Develop and manage integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and other web services.

• Customize and maintain CMDB and related modules as required.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Provide technical support, enhancements, and best practice recommendations for IRM/GRC implementations.

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance guidelines.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) components.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Workflows & Flow Designer

  • Business Rules & Client Scripts

  • UI Policies & ACLs

  • Integrations & Web Services

  • CMDB

• Experience in programming/scripting technologies:

  • JavaScript

  • ServiceNow APIs

  • RESTful Services

  • XML

  • Jelly scripting

  • AngularJS

Good to Have

• Understanding of GRC / IRM industry trends and compliance frameworks.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
