Job Description
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management) Consultant to design, implement, and support telecom service operations using the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on enabling end-to-end visibility of telecom services, proactive service assurance, and seamless integration with network and OSS tools.
Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure ServiceNow TSOM modules including Service Service Management (SSM) and Service Aware Event Management (SAEM)

Design and maintain service models, CSDM-aligned structures, and telecom service hierarchies

Integrate ServiceNow with network monitoring, EMS/NMS, and OSS/BSS systems

Configure event management, alerts, and correlation rules for proactive service assurance

Enable impact analysis and root cause identification for telecom services

Work closely with network, IT operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements

Customize workflows, dashboards, reports, and KPIs for service operations

Ensure best practices in CSDM, ITSM, and telecom service lifecycle management

Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live support
