Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Service Manager (TSM) to oversee and manage ServiceNow platform operations, enhancements, and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, driving continuous improvement, and aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end ServiceNow platform operations and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Lead technical discussions, solution design, and implementation for ServiceNow modules

Coordinate with development and support teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and system enhancements.

Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for ServiceNow-related escalations and change management.

Oversee platform upgrades, patching, integrations, and performance optimization.

Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Provide technical governance and best practices across ServiceNow modules.

Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and compliance.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
