ServiceNow SOM Developer (RARR Job 5832)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow SOM solutions

• Configure and customize Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

• Work with CMDB to ensure data accuracy and service health

• Develop and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies

• Use Flow Designer and scripting (JavaScript) to automate operations processes

• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and third-party tools

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide support

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow SOM

• Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

• Good knowledge of CMDB and CSDM

• Strong JavaScript scripting skills

• Experience with Flow Designer and integrations

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to IntegrationHub

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-SOM)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
