ServiceNow RPA Developer (RARR Job 5946)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain robotic process automation solutions using ServiceNow, specifically leveraging ServiceNow RPA Hub. The ideal candidate will automate repetitive business processes, integrate systems, and enhance operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop bots using ServiceNow RPA Hub

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities

• Build attended and unattended RPA solutions

• Integrate RPA bots with ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer

• Develop reusable automation components and scripts

• Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather automation requirements

• Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing support of RPA solutions

• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards

Required Skills

• Strong experience with the ServiceNow Platform

• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow RPA Hub

• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes)

• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations

• Understanding of automation frameworks and bot lifecycle management

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Experience with third-party RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

• Exposure to ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules

• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices

Nice to Have

• Experience in process analysis and optimization

• Knowledge of OCR and AI-based automation

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
