ServiceNow FSO Developer (RARR Job 5831)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSO professional to design, develop, and implement IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring ITSM modules and integrating with other enterprise systems.

Experience Required:

• 8+ years overall IT experience

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in ServiceNow Spend Management workflows and approvals

• Good knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and vendor onboarding

• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer

• Ability to automate purchase requisition, invoice processing, and spend approvals

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with procurement platforms such as Coupa and Ariba

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to ServiceNow IntegrationHub

• CSA / FSO certification

• Knowledge of spend analytics and reporting dashboards

• Understanding of supplier risk and compliance tracking
