Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) professional with 5–15 years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in the ServiceNow FSM module. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Field Service Management solutions aligned with business requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module.

  • Configure and customize FSM components including:

    • Work Orders

    • Work Order Tasks

    • Scheduling & Dispatch

    • Service Territories

    • Mobile Agent

    • Inventory Management

  • Develop and maintain:

    • Business Rules

    • Script Includes

    • UI Policies

    • Client Scripts

    • Flow Designer workflows

  • Integrate ServiceNow FSM with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, IoT, etc.).

  • Implement automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Work on enhancements, defect fixes, and performance optimization.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

  • Support UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

  • Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.


Required Skills

  • 5–15 years of IT experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow FSM.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

    • ServiceNow platform development

    • JavaScript, Glide APIs

    • ACLs and Security rules

    • Service Catalog and CMDB concepts

  • Experience in:

    • FSM Mobile configuration

    • Scheduling policies and dispatch optimization

    • SLA configuration

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – FSM.

  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD).

  • Experience in Performance Analytics and Reporting.
