Job Description

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM and Order Management (OMT / SOM) solutions based on business requirements.

  • Configure and enhance case management, customer service workflows, and service request processes within the CSM module.

  • Implement and customize Order Management workflows including order capture, fulfillment, and order lifecycle management.

  • Develop scripts and customizations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

  • Design and implement automation using Flow Designer and ServiceNow workflows.

  • Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

  • Configure ServiceNow portals, workspaces, and dashboards for customer service operations.

  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and stability.

  • Follow ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.
