Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM and Order Management (OMT / SOM) solutions based on business requirements.

Configure and enhance case management, customer service workflows, and service request processes within the CSM module.

Implement and customize Order Management workflows including order capture, fulfillment, and order lifecycle management.

Develop scripts and customizations using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

Design and implement automation using Flow Designer and ServiceNow workflows.

Work with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

Configure ServiceNow portals, workspaces, and dashboards for customer service operations.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and stability.

Follow ServiceNow development standards, best practices, and platform guidelines.
