Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Agentic AI professional with 5–15 years of IT experience and strong expertise in AI-driven automation on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging ServiceNow’s AI capabilities to enable autonomous workflows, intelligent decision-making, and enterprise automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.

  • Develop autonomous AI agents leveraging:

    • Now Assist

    • Generative AI Controller

    • Virtual Agent

    • Predictive Intelligence

    • Flow Designer

  • Configure AI-powered workflows that can reason, decide, and execute actions across modules.

  • Integrate ServiceNow AI capabilities with external LLMs and enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Implement AI-driven use cases in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and FSM modules.

  • Build prompt frameworks, guardrails, and governance for enterprise AI adoption.

  • Monitor AI performance, accuracy, and compliance.

  • Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI implementation standards.

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for AI-enabled transformations.


Required Skills

  • 5–15 years of IT experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow platform development.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • ServiceNow AI features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence)

    • Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

    • JavaScript, Glide APIs

    • REST/SOAP integrations

  • Understanding of:

    • Large Language Models (LLMs)

    • Prompt engineering

    • AI governance and risk controls

  • Experience in automation architecture and enterprise workflow design.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and security model.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

  • Experience implementing Generative AI use cases in enterprise environments.

  • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / other enterprise LLM platforms.

  • Experience in AI model evaluation and monitoring frameworks.
