ServiceNow Architect (RARR Job 5684)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across various modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in architecture, customization, and integration of the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or any other module.

• Define technical architecture and ensure best practices in configuration and development.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

• Provide guidance to developers and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Perform system reviews, upgrades, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.

• Expertise in at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or ITBM).

• Good understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
