Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences across our Platforms (our Fraud and Scam Management Platform). You’ll lead discovery and design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are both desirable and technically feasible.
Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery and research to uncover customer problems and inform product strategy.

Translate insights into user flows, prototypes, and specifications.

Design wireframes and documentation aligned with our design system.

Apply systems and design thinking to digital and physical service environments.

Champion inclusive, accessible, and customer-centric design.
-
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap using data and design thinking.

Facilitate design critiques and agile ceremonies.

Evolve our design system for scalability and consistency.

Measure post-launch impact and iterate based on insights.

Work closely with the technical delivery squad.
Experience & Skills
Essential
-
Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end in cross-functional teams.

Expertise in any of the following BFS domain areas:

Cards (AS2805, ISO8583, 3Ds, Tokenisation, etc.)

Merchants
-
GenAI
-
Payment (NPP, MPS, Digital Banking)

Pega case management and design
-
Digital Channels
-
Investment Banking
-
Application Processing

Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Experience with system integration (API, Kafka, MQ, TCP/IP).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable

Fraud and Scam domain knowledge.

SAS Fraud Management experience.

Experience with ETL, PRM, migration projects.

Agile methodology exposure.
-
Familiarity with vendors like MasterCard, Visa, DXC, FIS, RSA, Pegasus.
