Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead new client acquisition for IT staffing services. The role focuses on opening new accounts, driving direct client onboarding, and generating revenue from new logos across enterprise clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and recruitment services
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, negotiation, and closure
  • Build relationships with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, CXOs)
  • Generate opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and service agreements
  • Ensure account activation by generating active hiring requirements
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful closures

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in new client acquisition (direct clients / MSPs)
  • Demonstrated ability to originate and close deals independently
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing business models and pricing
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and vendor onboarding processes

Candidate Evaluation Criteria: Candidates must demonstrate:

  • Ownership of recent deals personally originated and closed
  • Ability to explain how meetings were generated and converted
  • Clarity on decision-makers, deal size, and sales approach
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation experience
  • Existing active client relationships
