Short Job Description

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst in Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or FinTech.

• Strong experience in Digital Assets, Blockchain/DLT, Tokenization, and Cross-Border Payments.

• Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD preparation, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, and functional documentation.

• Good understanding of wallets, custody, settlement, reconciliation, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and transaction lifecycle.

• Experience working with AML, KYC, sanctions, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial institutions.

• Ability to act as a Proxy Product Owner, managing backlog prioritization, stakeholder communication, and functional clarifications.

• Experience supporting UAT, test case creation, defect management, implementation, and business sign-off.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation (MoMs, presentations, action trackers).

• Exposure to APIs, enterprise integrations, smart contracts, and blockchain platforms is an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
