Senior Adobe Launch Developer (RARR Job 6027)

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Launch Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing tag management solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Launch, ensuring seamless tracking and integration across digital platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and manage Adobe Launch (Adobe Tags) for web applications

• Develop and maintain custom scripts using JavaScript (ES6+)

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand tracking requirements

• Integrate Adobe Launch with Adobe Analytics / Adobe Experience Cloud

• Debug, test, and validate tag implementations using browser developer tools

• Collaborate with frontend teams working on React / Angular applications

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices in tag management

• Optimize website performance by managing and reducing tag load impact

• Handle end-to-end implementation including rule creation, extensions, and data elements

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Launch / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Launch

• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular

• Good understanding of web analytics and tag management concepts

• Experience with debugging tools like Chrome DevTools, Adobe Debugger

• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics / Adobe Experience Cloud

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience with other tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager)

• Knowledge of Single Page Applications (SPA) tracking

• Exposure to data layers and event-driven architectures

• Understanding of performance optimization techniques
