Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using SAP PI/PO, including REST, SOAP, File, SFTP, JDBC, IDoc, and Proxy adapters.
• Build and configure Integration Scenarios, Sender/Receiver Agreements, Communication Channels, and Interface Determinations in the Integration Directory.
• Develop mappings using Graphical Mapping, XSLT, Java, or User-Defined Functions (UDFs) based on business requirements.
• Design and manage objects in Enterprise Service Repository (ESR) — Service Interfaces, Message Types, Data Types, and Operation Mappings.
• Perform end-to-end interface testing, troubleshooting, and debugging for failed messages in Message Monitoring or NWA.
• Implement error handling frameworks, alert configurations, and retry logic for mission-critical interfaces.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface design documents, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimize high-volume message processing for improved system efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers and support staff.
