Education – Graduation with good academic background
5+ years of SAP experience
Worked on minimum three implementations and two support projects
Should be able to work on all RICEF concepts(Reports, Interfaces, BDCs, Enhancements/Exits, Smart Forms)
Extensively worked on ABAP HR – Creation and Modification of Infotypes
Extensively worked in Upgrade activities
Extensively worked on UI5 and Fiori Applications
Usage of LDB and Clusters
Worked on Object Oriented ABAP
HCM Process and Forms
Experience in interfaces ( HCP, Success Factors & On-Premise)
Worked or knowledge in Workflows – Creation and Modification
Worked on ALE/IDocs and Adobe Forms
Worked on HR Forms
Good Communication Skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project
Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Blueprinting, Testing and user training extensively
Train the team and mentor associates
Successful candidates must be able work on multiple country rollouts with customer interfacing.
Consultants must be able to work independently in preparing technical specifications, work on developments, and support functional consultants in testing and bug fixing.
