SAP CRM TechnoFunctional Consultant (RARR Job 6370)

Responsibilities:

• Support Product Owner and CRM teams
• Work on SAP Sales and Service Cloud
• Assist in implementation and support activities
• Perform testing (UAT, Regression, Integration)
• Create training documents and train users
• Manage data imports and quality checks

Skills Required:

• SAP CRM / SAP C4C knowledge
• CRM tools like Salesforce, Dynamics (optional)
• Agile and JIRA knowledge
• Advanced Excel

Experience: Minimum 4+ years in SAP CRM. Implementation and support experience mandatory.

Functional Work:

• Handle business requirements
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Provide user support and issue resolution
