SAP Coupa Consultant (RARR Job 6252)

We are looking for a skilled SAP Coupa Consultant with hands-on experience in procurement solutions and ERP integrations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing procurement processes across sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier management functions. The role requires strong functional expertise, integration knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful issue resolution and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP MM and Coupa procurement solutions to support business operations and process improvements
• Configure and support procurement workflows including sourcing, purchasing, contract management, and supplier management
• Manage and support integrations between Coupa, SAP, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise applications
• Handle API-driven integrations including REST, JSON, file-based integrations, and SFTP connectivity
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and drive end-to-end resolution
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders for requirement gathering and implementation
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and post-production validation
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials
• Monitor procurement system performance and recommend process improvements
• Ensure adherence to procurement best practices and organizational compliance standards

Mandatory Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP MM or equivalent procurement modules in SAP/Oracle
• Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and sourcing processes
• Hands-on experience with Coupa platform
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON integrations, SFTP, and file-based integrations
• Knowledge of ERP connectivity and third-party system integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• SAP Coupa Certification will be an added advantage
• Exposure to SAP Ariba or other procurement platforms
• Understanding of procurement automation and supplier onboarding processes
• Experience working in support and enhancement projects

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
