Job Description
• Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient production planning and scheduling processes using SAP PPDS; identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP PPDS solutions, including Heuristics, Optimization, Detailed Scheduling strategies, and CIF.
• Strong knowledge of CIF and its role in master data and transaction data transfer.
• Knowledge on ECC-PP Master data (PV’s, BOM’s, Routing’s, Work centre’s) and APO Master data setup (Setup Matrix, planning parameters, parallel processing).
• Handle configurations like Planning board, DS board, profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration.
• Document test results, configuration changes, and system design for knowledge sharing.
• Conduct workshops, SIT/UAT testing, user training, and support Hypercare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, and assist in data migration.
• Manage deliverables within timelines and work with project teams for successful implementation.
