What You’ll Do

  • Drive the National/International expansion of our Telecom BSS/OSS offerings
  • Build and own sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue across regions
  • Lead CXO-level engagements with telecom operators, MVNOs, and partners
  • Forge alliances with OEMs (Nokia, Amdocs, Comviva, ZTE, etc.) for joint bids
  • Manage E2E deal lifecycle—from lead identification to contract closure
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to align solution fit

What You’ll Bring

  • 15–20 years’ experience in Telecom/IT SI sales with proven global exposure
  • Strong understanding of BSS/OSS, System Integration, Migration, Greenfield Deployment, and Managed Services ecosystems
  • Successful track record of multi-million-dollar deal closures in the Telecom domain
  • Established network across APAC / EMEA operators and vendor ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
