3 years of comprehensive UATSIT testing experience of Oracle HCM or any othre fusion module configurations, customizations, identifying and resolving issues before the system go-live.
Strong understanding of UAT processes, methodologies, and best practices
Expertise in translating functional and non-functional requirements into test cases, test scripts, and reviewing functional technical design document specifications
Two 2 years of participation in defect triage calls, working with business users on defect assignment, tracking issue resolution, and successful closure of UAT defects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good understanding of UAT methodologies and business processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external and internal project partners, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
Three 3 years of experience with Oracle's product release patches and new features, ensuring the system is up-to-date and optimized
Certification in software testing eg, ISTQB CSTE is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
