Role Summary

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery across diverse skillsets in an IT services environment. This role owns hiring execution, stakeholder alignment, team leadership, and recruitment operations to support dynamic project-based and scale-up requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

  • Accountable for timely closure of all open positions shared by business and delivery teams
  • Manage hiring across multiple skillsets including ERP, Java, Core Dot Net, Python, Testing, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Engineering, Support, Consulting, Sales, and Corporate functions
  • Understand project requirements, ramp-up/ramp-down needs, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality benchmarks, and cost expectations

2. Business & Delivery Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with delivery heads, project managers, and business leaders
  • Participate in hiring discussions, demand planning, and prioritization reviews
  • Conduct regular recruitment status reviews with internal stakeholders and, where required, end customers
  • Provide realistic guidance on talent availability, market trends, and hiring risks

3. Recruitment Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters
  • Allocate requisitions and tasks based on recruiter capability and workload
  • Review recruiter performance, productivity, and quality of hires
  • Build capability within the team across technical hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing strategies

4. Sourcing Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute sourcing strategies for niche, lateral, and high-volume requirements
  • Leverage multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor partners, and internal databases
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring and critical skills
  • Drive employee referral programs and direct sourcing effectiveness

5. Interview & Selection Process Management (Internal Stakeholders as well as end customers)

  • Ensure structured interview processes aligned with role requirements
  • Coordinate with technical interviewers (both internally and with end customers) and hiring managers
  • Maintain interview discipline, feedback timelines, and decision quality
  • Ensure smooth offer rollout, negotiation, and pre-joining engagement

6. Recruitment Operations & Metrics

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, pipeline health, and recruiter productivity
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and hiring governance

7. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage recruitment vendors and staffing partners
  • Monitor vendor performance, quality, and turnaround times
  • Optimize vendor mix based on skill demand and cost effectiveness

8. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Represent the organization credibly in the talent market
  • Support employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and Marketing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of recruitment experience in IT services
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a recruitment lead or manager role
  • Experience working with delivery, consulting, and sales teams
