Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to find the best IT talent for our organization or clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and develop candidate profiles in collaboration with hiring managers or clients.

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic or video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on their technical and cultural fit.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams or client HR teams.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Stay up to date with the latest tech trends and hiring practices in the IT industry.

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
