Data Governance Specialist (RARR Job 4180)

We are seeking a Data Governance Specialist with expertise in the banking domain to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of data governance processes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking regulations, data management principles, and experience with data governance tools.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data governance or related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, Basel III, and Dodd-Frank Act.
3. Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and data security.
4. Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, IBM InfoSphere, or similar platforms.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data issues and propose effective solutions.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
7. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
