Job Description
As a Project Manager in the Telecom Passive Infrastructure / Solar/Renewable Energy industry, you will lead the planning, execution, and completion of Telecom Cell Sites / BSC / Fiber Node Sites / Solar or renewable energy projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. This role demands a strong understanding of Telecom Passive Projects / renewable energy technologies, excellent leadership skills, Man power handling, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Telecom Passive Infrastructure / solar/renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring project objectives are met.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and quality standards.
Coordinate with field engineering, Partner, procurement, construction, and other internal teams for successful project execution.
Oversee site assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence processes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and reporting.
Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and government bodies.
Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance metrics and financial updates.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the project stays on track.
Facilitate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Experience in utility-scale or commercial-scale Telecom / solar energy projects.
Financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets.
Understanding of the Telecom O&M, Process and regulatory landscape in Projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
Proven experience (5-10 years) in project management / O&M within the Telecom Passive Infrastructure / solar or renewable energy industry.
