Project Manager (RARR Job 5968)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to the Banking / BFSI domain to lead and manage Agile delivery across banking programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and ensuring compliance with banking regulatory standards while driving successful project outcome

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Manage Agile project delivery, ensuring alignment with Scrum and Agile best practices.
• Coordinate and facilitate key project ceremonies including planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, IT teams, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with banking regulations, audit requirements, risk frameworks, and compliance standards.
• Track and report project metrics including velocity, burn-down charts, milestone tracking, and overall progress.
• Manage cross-functional and distributed teams across business and technology units.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Agile transformation programs.
• Oversee vendor coordination and third-party engagements where applicable.
• Ensure transparency, governance adherence, and timely communication with senior stakeholders.
