Key Responsibilities:

Partner Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners and vendors.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate joint business initiatives and marketing activities with partners.
  • Resolve partner-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Build trust-based relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and commitments.

Business Growth & Coordination

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams.
  • Prepare reports on partner and client performance.
  • Track KPIs, satisfaction scores, and relationship health.
  • Support contract renewals and expansion initiatives.

  • Experience working with vendors, service providers, or channel partners preferred.
