Palantir Foundry Data Engineer (RARR Job 5817)

We are looking for an experienced Palantir Foundry Data Engineer with strong expertise in data modeling, ontology design, and enterprise analytics platforms. The role involves building scalable data solutions, maintaining ontology layers, and delivering high‑quality operational dashboards while ensuring data governance and integrity across Palantir‑based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry and its modules such as Quiver, Workshop, Slate, and Contour.

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, ontology layers, and operational dashboards.

• Work with Ontology Manager or similar object/data modeling tools.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all Palantir Foundry solutions.

• Develop and optimize data transformations and analytical workflows using SQL and Python.

• Build and maintain applications on data platforms or enterprise analytics environments.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of overall experience in data engineering, analytics, or platform‑based data solutions.

• Strong experience with SQL and Python.

• Proven exposure to Palantir Foundry ecosystem.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, ontology design, and governance practices.

• Experience working in large‑scale, enterprise data environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience in performance optimization of data transformations and analytical queries.

• Hands‑on exposure to Spark and Hadoop.

• Ability to stay updated with Palantir platform enhancements and best practices.
