Oracle B2B Service Cloud Engineer (RARR Job 5596)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle B2B Service Cloud.
• Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, validations, and workflows.
• Work on Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Contract & Asset Management.
• Develop and maintain Groovy scripts and OTBI reports.
• Integrate Oracle B2B Service Cloud with other systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle B2B Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Service Logistics, and SCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Groovy scripting and OTBI reporting.
• Experience with complex integration projects.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
