Operations Engineer – Ubuntu (RARR Job 6398)

• Provide technical support for Ubuntu users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
• Manage and resolve support tickets (ServiceNow) efficiently.
• Execute Linux commands for system maintenance and configuration.
• Assist with setup and deployment of new Ubuntu systems.
• Document solutions and ensure compliance with IT protocols.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of IT support experience with Ubuntu/Linux systems.
• Proficiency in Linux command-line and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing support tickets and meeting SLAs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Associates will have to work in the regular shifts but also should be flexible to work in shifts especially for APAC and EMEA shifts.
