Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Component Design Manager/Designer to lead the design and development of enterprise document solutions. The role involves creating and managing PDF statements, letters, and mail delivery workflows while ensuring high-quality output and optimized performance. Candidates should bring strong technical expertise in Exstream components and foundational programming knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Generation: Design and produce ImageRight PDFs, customer statements, and letters for mail delivery.

  • Component Design: Work with all Exstream component types including placeholders, design layers, language layers, keys, and switches.

  • Letter Development: Build letters from scratch, configure output queues, and manage environment settings.

  • Application Management: Hands-on experience with two-pass applications, switches, and data grouping for transactional processing.

  • File Configuration: Configure and manage control files, reference files, auxiliary files, initialization files, and customer driver files.

  • Technical Knowledge: Apply basic programming skills in Java and C to support customization and integration.

  • Optimization: Ensure efficient workflows and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
