Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant to support large-scale transformation initiatives, particularly within IT and SAP environments. The ideal candidate will lead change strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and readiness assessments while collaborating closely with global cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • OCM Strategy Execution: Implement and adapt the global OCM strategy to project needs in alignment with client leadership.

  • Change Management & Communication: Drive communication plans, including communication flow, messaging cycles, kick-off events, and townhall orchestration.

  • Change Impact Assessment: Evaluate impacts on business processes, systems, technology, roles, and organizational structure; document implications for training, testing, and hypercare.

  • Stakeholder Management: Analyze, map, and manage stakeholders based on project timeline and influence; maintain stakeholder matrix and coordinate with local leadership.

  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report OCM activities, including readiness assessments and overall change progress.

  • Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external project members to ensure seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within IT / SAP transformation projects.

  • Proven experience in consulting, OCM, or SAP ERP implementation.

  • Experience in team leadership or roles involving consultant management.

  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, coordination, and presentations.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-cultural, cross-functional global environments.

  • Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2) and English.

  • Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

  • Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills are an added advantage.

  • Willingness to travel for project needs.

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as life sciences, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, health, food, or consulting is preferred
