Ideal Profile Background:

10–15 years overall IT experience with at least 8–10 years in Dynamics 365 CRM.

Has worked as a Solution / Technical Architect on minimum two end-to-end CRM implementations.

Hands-on with Customer Service module, and optionally Sales / Marketing modules.

Strong exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps + Power Automate).

Skilled in integration architecture — connecting Dynamics with other systems using:
-
Azure APIM
-
Service Bus
-
Logic Apps
-
Azure Functions
-
-
Solid experience preparing HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design) documents.
-
Understands non-functional requirements (NFRs) like scalability, performance, and security.

Strong in configuration, release management, and DevOps processes (CI/CD).

Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
🔹 Certifications to Look For:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

MB-600, PL-400, or PL-200
-
Bonus: Azure Solutions Architect certification
