Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM solutions.

  • Act as a solution architect for at least two end-to-end CRM implementations.

  • Architect and deliver scalable applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using Azure API Management (APIM) or similar middleware.

  • Collaborate with clients to manage communications, set expectations, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

  • Author key project documents including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

  • Ensure adherence to Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as performance, scalability, and security.

  • Manage configuration, release management, and source control processes.

  • Drive Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices within the development team.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

  • Foster a customer-focused approach through active listening and consultative engagement.

  • Encourage a culture of innovation, problem-solving, and process improvement.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Service modules.

  • Proven expertise in designing solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Experience integrating with third-party systems using Azure APIM or equivalent middleware.

  • Proficient in drafting technical documentation (HLD, LLD).

  • Strong understanding of Configuration & Release Management.

  • Experience with source control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred/Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the Healthcare domain.

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform.

  • Exposure to Continuous Integration tools and techniques.

  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
