Primary Skills
Lead and mentor the Production Support team ensuring high performance and accountability
Oversee 24x7 support operations managing shift schedules and resource allocation
Provide handson technical expertise in Mainframe COBOL JCL and DB2 environments
Experience in performing DueDiligence and estimation for large projects
Monitor system health batch jobs and resolve production incidents promptly
Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
Maintain and enhance support processes focusing on automation and efficiency
Ensure compliance with organizational policies security standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare and present regular reports on incident trends team performance and key metrics
Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational challenges
Guide team members in technical troubleshooting and knowledge sharing
Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable support plans
Foster a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and professional growth
Manage hiring onboarding and training for new team members
Support audit and compliance activities ensuring documentation and processes are up to date
