Java Tech Lead (RARR Job 5592)

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and databases (SQL/NoSQL), along with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.

• Architect, design, and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.

• Ensure high-quality coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the development team.

• Drive performance improvements, scalability, and reliability of applications.

• Manage end-to-end project deliveries with strong focus on timelines and quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9–12 years of strong experience in Java/J2EE development.

• Hands-on expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

• Proficiency in working with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and cloud-native development.

• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

• Solid problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
