We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Specialist with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Java and Angular to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and efficient applications while adhering to best coding practices and collaborating effectively across teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex client-facing and internal applications using Java and Angular frameworks.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle—including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals.

Conduct comprehensive code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to industry best practices.

Estimate, plan, and execute technical tasks for Agile sprints and project deliverables.

Implement performance optimization techniques to enhance responsiveness and scalability.

Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues promptly.

Contribute to technical design discussions and offer insights on architecture and implementation strategies.

Serve as a technical mentor to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java Full Stack development.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5–7 years of experience in Java Full Stack development.

Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs) and Angular frameworks.

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end build tools.

Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
