Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Recruitment Lead to manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical hiring and a proven ability to lead recruitment strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver top talent in a competitive market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters for IT hiring mandates
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, joining)
  • Handle client coordination and ensure timely delivery on open positions
  • Build talent pipelines for niche technology roles (Java, Cloud, DevOps, Data, etc.)
  • Track team performance, submissions, interviews, and closures
  • Prepare recruitment MIS and share regular reports with leadership and clients
  • Mentor recruiters and strengthen sourcing strategies

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in IT / Technology Recruitment
  • Experience in team handling and delivery ownership
  • Strong MIS and reporting expertise
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data analysis)
  • Expertise in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple client mandates in a fast-paced environment
