15+ Years of experience (Senior Level) with a strong focus on Data Governance architecture. |
|
Must have skills required: - |
|
• Governance & Catalogue: Deep expertise in IDMC CDGC, Metadata Command Center, Custom Scanners, and Glossary associations. |
|
• Data Quality: Advanced proficiency in CDQ (Rule Specifications, Dictionaries, Scorecards). |
|
• Lineage: Expert in configuring and troubleshooting detailed technical and business lineage. |
|
• Database & ETL: Strong DB2, Oracle, MSSQL, and ETL (Talend/DataStage) background. |
|
Good to have skills: - |
|
• CDGC Leadership: Lead the implementation of Cloud Data Governance & Catalogue (CDGC); define governance frameworks, operating models, and automated metadata extraction strategies. |
|
• Lineage & Impact Analysis: Architect end-to-end data lineage visualization from source to consumption; configure scanners for complex hybrid environments (On-prem DBs to Cloud). |
|
• Data Quality Strategy: Design enterprise-level Data Quality (CDQ) standards; define Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and automate DQ scorecards and rule logic. |
|
• IDMC & MDM: Oversee IDMC pipelines and Master Data Management (Reference/Customer 360) ensuring governance policies are applied to master data. |
|
• Integration: Optimize ETL workflows (Talend/DataStage) and ensure they are accurately reflected in the Catalogue lineage. |
|
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stewards to enforce data compliance and policy adoption. |
