Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in  various HR processes and Operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of day-to day HR processes, documentation, onboarding, coordination, and employee support. This role  requires someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining smooth HR  operations.
 

Key Deliverables

1. HR Operations & Documentation  

  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs,  confirmations, transfers, exits).  
  • Maintain and update HR records and employee files in HRMS/Zoho.  
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR documents.  • Handle attendance and leave data coordination.  

2. Onboarding & Induction  

  • Coordinate pre-joining formalities and collect required documents.  
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure seamless joining experience.  
  • Prepare induction schedules and coordinate with departments.  

3. Payroll Coordination  

  • Share monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, additions/deductions).  
  • Coordinate with payroll team for any employee queries.  

4. Employee Engagement & Grievance Support  

  • Assist in engagement activities, HR events, and communication.  
  • Address employee queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.  

5. Exit Formalities  

  • Manage the complete exit process including F&F documentation, clearance forms, and  exit interviews.

Required  Qualifications and  Skills:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in HR Operations or generalist profile.  

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation.  
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).  
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.  
  • Experience working on HRMS (Zoho / similar platforms preferred).  
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
