Gen AI AWS Architect (RARR Job 6226)

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS + AI Solution Architect with strong expertise in designing AI-native applications on AWS Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, cloud-native architecture, and AWS platform services. The role will primarily focus on AI-driven solutioning (60%) along with AWS cloud architecture and modernization initiatives (40%).

Key Responsibilities

AI & Generative AI Solutions:

• Design and architect AI-native applications using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker.

• Build Agentic AI and orchestration-based solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Strands, TruLens, LangFuse, and Ragas.

• Develop scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures with efficient context and memory management.

• Implement Prompt Engineering techniques and autonomous orchestration workflows.

• Establish AI observability, evaluation, governance, and monitoring frameworks.

• Drive AI-led modernization and intelligent automation initiatives across enterprise applications.

• Develop reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, and reference architectures.

AWS Cloud Architecture & Engineering 

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud solutions.

• Deliver serverless and event-driven architectures using AWS native services.

• Lead application modernization initiatives from monolithic to microservices/serverless architectures.

• Conduct AWS Well-Architected Framework Reviews and drive remediation activities.

• Implement cloud governance, security, networking, and FinOps best practices.

• Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural guidance and governance.

• Support cloud transformation discovery workshops and AWS funding initiatives.
