GCP Cloud Engineer (RARR Job 6137)

We are looking for a skilled GCP Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud migration, infrastructure automation, and scripting, along with a solid understanding of GCP services and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP
• Support and execute cloud migration and modernization projects
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or Deployment Manager
• Automate operational tasks using Python and shell scripting (Bash/Sh)
• Manage and optimize GCP services including Compute, Storage, Networking, and IAM
• Perform Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams for seamless deployment
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance optimization
• Document technical solutions and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• GCP Certification (mandatory)
• Strong experience in cloud infrastructure design and migration
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting (Bash/Sh)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform / Deployment Manager (IaC tools)
• Strong knowledge of Linux system administration
• Good understanding of GCP services (Compute, IAM, Networking, Storage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
