Functional BA Lead- Core Banking Program (RARR Job 6378)

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS V11.x–14.x) implementation.

• Strong experience in Core Banking Implementation and Core Banking Transformation projects.

• Expertise in Product Walkthrough (PWT), Scope Study, Gap Analysis, Product Parameterization, UAT, Business Simulation, and Production Rollout.

• Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing BRD, SRS, Functional Specifications, and Test Plans.

• Strong knowledge of Core Banking Operations, including General Ledger, Loans, Teller, Payments, and Trade Finance.

• Experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in the Core Banking domain.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience in issue triaging, defect management, root cause analysis, and production support.

• Ability to lead onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with business users, vendors, and development teams.

• Experience in user training, stakeholder management, and implementation support.

• Knowledge of manual testing for banking applications is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
