Finacle Test Lead (RARR Job 5722)

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking Solutions (CBS). The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of core banking products, proven experience in testing processes, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience: 5–10 years in software testing

• Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience with core banking products such as CASA, TD, RD, etc.

• Finacle CBS: Strong working knowledge of Finacle application modules and workflows.

• Testing Skills:

  • Test design, test execution, and defect management.

  • Strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies.

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor a testing team.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team, ensuring quality delivery within timelines.

• Design, plan, and execute test cases for Finacle CBS modules.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Coordinate defect resolution with developers, ensuring closure within defined SLAs.

• Drive adherence to testing processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders.
