Dynatrace Configuration & Administration (RARR Job 5936)

Administer and configure Dynatrace Managed environments

Configure and maintain dashboards, tagging, synthetic monitors, and business transactions

Define, tune, and optimize alerts to reduce noise and improve actionable outcomes

Implement custom metrics and ensure full application and infrastructure coverage

Perform OneAgent and Cluster Node upgrades

Onboard OpenShift & Kubernetes workloads for monitoring

Set up and manage ActiveGates for plugins, extensions, and synthetic monitoring

Configure integrations and create scripts/API-based automation for configuration management

Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution to closure

Work with Dynatrace Support to raise and track tickets

Participate in platform and application changes, validating coverage post-deployment

Act as a technical escalation point for L1 and coordinate with L3/platform teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for monitoring enablement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives including alert and dashboard optimization

Identify training gaps and highlight requirements to management
