Dotnet React Technical Lead (RARR Job 5678)

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET & React Lead to design, develop, and lead the implementation of web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in .NET Core, React.js, and cloud platforms, with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design and develop web applications using .NET Core and React.js.

• Work closely with architects to define application design, frameworks, and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.

• Review code, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C#.

• Proficiency in React.js,  and modern frontend build tools.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Entity Framework,Unit testing and SQL Server.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is an advantage.
