We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive who can independently plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, generate leads, improve brand visibility, and support customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Track and report campaign metrics using Google Analytics and related tools.
SEO & Website Management
- Perform On-Page SEO activities:
- Keyword research
- Meta tags optimization
- Content optimization
- Internal linking
- Landing page optimization
- Perform Off-Page SEO activities:
- Backlink creation
- Directory submissions
- Business listings
- Guest posting opportunities
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console.
- Manage WordPress websites and landing pages.
Content & Social Media
- Create social media calendars and marketing plans.
- Design marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Manage company pages on:
- YouTube
- Create engaging posts, banners, videos, and promotional content.
- Coordinate product launches, feature announcements, and customer success stories.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Execute email marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage mailing lists.
- Create newsletters and product update campaigns.
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing initiatives for customer engagement and lead nurturing.
Product Marketing
- Develop marketing collateral including:
- Product brochures
- Case studies
- One-pagers
- Presentations
- Customer success stories
- Promote SaaS products through various digital channels.
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to support lead generation activities.
Customer Engagement & Support
- Connect with existing customers over phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Assist customers with basic product queries and coordinate with the support team when required.
- Conduct customer follow-ups for:
- Product feedback
- Feature adoption
- Renewal reminders
- Satisfaction surveys
- Maintain positive customer relationships and improve customer engagement.
