Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Import Operations Associate to support key processes across presale management, product imports, allocations, and system data integrity. This role will serve as a critical link between multiple teams, ensuring accurate and timely data flow while improving efficiency in high-volume, repetitive tasks.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data imports, Excel, and system workflows. While many of the tasks have a clear start and finish, this position will also evolve as we identify new opportunities to streamline operations and support the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Presale & Allocation Importing
- Manage the process of removing presales from SX.e and importing updated retailer order quantities.
- Execute imports during low-activity periods to minimize business disruption.
- Troubleshoot errors and partner with the support team to reset processes when necessary.
Product Imports
- Perform timely imports for new products as they arrive.
- Manage overnight or batch imports for categories such as supplies, toys, or delayed arrivals.
- Ensure accuracy in repetitive copy/paste data entry tasks.
Catalogue & Website Clean-Up
- Standardize product naming conventions.
- Ensure all items have proper images.
- Review and align product pricing.
Allocations
- Execute allocation processes using predefined formulas and Excel tools.
- Apply judgment to nuanced allocation decisions while maintaining consistency.
Creatio Data Imports & Maintenance
- Upload and manipulate data within Creatio.
- Support data clean-up and accuracy initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues and escalate when necessary.
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks.
- Previous experience with ERP, CRM, or data import systems (e.g., SX.e, Creatio) is a plus.
