Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on assigned leads.
- Handle student, corporate, and coaching center inquiries.
- Conduct client meetings and discussions.
- Assist with documentation and record management.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to interact confidently with students, parents, corporates, and educational institutions.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and administrative processes.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
